With the release of Chapter One of the graphic novel, Covenant, just weeks away, I thought I'd put together a little preview by introducing my main female character, Analise Helkiah. And what better way to do that then by staging an interview with her! So, let's begin..png)
Analise: I'm an only child. As for my parents, I rarely get to see them, really; they're always working. I know they mostly do it for me, so that they can afford to send me to Millsworth and such... but I get lonely a lot..png)
(Ooh, combat attire...I wonder what that could mean...)
Meet Rose. Here is the clip itself (be sure to have the sound on when you watch!!):

I might still tweak/smooth out the motion a little, so if I do, I will update the clip.
And because the quality is so bad, I decided to include a few screenshots from the original:

Lastly, for those who are curious, here's what it looks like in the flash interface (click to enlarge):

Well, that was fun... though I would be alright without hearing that song again for a few months, hehe.

This one is Caelynn Thistlewood, a character from my novel "Black Thread" which, unfortunately, I've abandoned - though my upcoming graphic novel "Covenant" is kind of a prequel of sorts.
This is a wallpaper I made for "Black Thread" - no, I did not draw the forest/moon background. Again, one of my very first photoshopped images so I was still experimenting a lot. I am embarassed to say I spent a long, long time just trying to get Vance's face right...because I really wanted to express his character.
The character depicted here is inspired from the assassin class from the online trading card game I play (Ederon). One of my better works. I created the background myself as well and I love how it complements the drawing itself - usually I am bad at that!
I admit it...I am pretty much a sucker for drawing couples. It is truly my favorite thing to draw. Here I've depicted a male partner for my muse... kind of sappy, I know. Anyhow, I forgot to make a black layer above the original inked lines so the line quality is not too impressive. Overall, it's not bad, but it could have been better.
Last image for today. Here is a rare moment where I depict characters that actually were not made up by me. These are the character mascots from Vocaloid, the electronic voice software from Yamaha. Each of them have been so embraced by fans that they now have their own personalities, etc, and I've become somewhat attached to them so I attempted to depict them myself.
